The truth is, Her life is full of lessons to learn, J.K. Rowling worked in the hardest and toughest environment, Her mother died when she was 25, The death of her mother shattered her completely. That was right after she began writing Harry Potter and she never had the chance to tell her. After the death of her mother she moved to Portugal in 1992, got married and gave birth to a girl.
But things wasn’t going to get any better, it became worse and harder. She got divorced after 13 months and moved to Scotland with her daughter.
She had to rely on state benefits and spent much of her time writing in a café full of people hustling and bustling, with her daughter sleeping in the pram next to her.
She was even so poor that she couldn’t afford a computer or a typewriter. She didn’t even have the cost to photocopy her 90,00-word novel to send it to publishers. She didn’t give up or lost hope, in the contrary, she typed out manually each version to send to 12 publishers, and she penned her ideas on a spare scraps of paper and tissues.
She said once “By every usual standard, I was the BIGGEST FAILURE I knew”
She even fell into deep depression and considered suicide.
J.K. Rowling went from being a jobless single mother who thought herself to be a complete failure to one of the best selling authors of all time.

But all that didn’t happen over night. She faced rejection and constantly strived for success. She worked hard and harder at her writings even before anyone knew her.
